Apply a silicone rod to top of the eyelid using water-based adhesive
Adhere lashes to silicone rod by using a water-based solution
Apply the lifting solution to create the curl
Apply the setting solution: this neutralizes the lash and brings it back to a normal state
Remove the silicone rod off the eyelid using water
Tint the lashes if needed with a semi-permanent tint using a microfiber swab
